Meet Dr. Mo Zakhireh

Dr. Mo Zakhireh came to Cosmetic Surgery Institute of Palm Desert in 2005 and assumed ownership of the practice in 2007. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 2003, he brings more than two decades of experience in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and refined non-surgical care.
What sets Dr. Mo apart is not only his technical mastery, but his approach. He believes plastic surgery is deeply personal, and everyone investing in it deserves time, clarity, and honest guidance. Each journey begins with a one-on-one consultation where listening comes first. He makes sure that patients fully understand their options, their outcomes, and what is realistic before they make any decisions.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and artistic eye, Dr. Mo combines precision with compassion to deliver results that feel balanced, natural, and authentic.
Meet Dr. CELESTE NAGY
Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon | Aesthetic Facial Surgery Specialist
Dr. Celeste Nagy is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic facial surgery and non-surgical facial optimization. Her work blends meticulous technique with artistic precision to deliver natural, refreshed results while prioritizing patient education and individualized care.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Nagy attended the University of South Carolina Honors College on a full academic scholarship. She served in AmeriCorps as a Spanish-speaking literacy specialist and medical translator for underserved communities before earning her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed a five-year Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at Emory University, where she received the Humanitarian Travel Grant to perform cleft lip and palate repairs in Bolivia.
She then completed a prestigious facial plastic surgery fellowship under Dr. Stephen W. Perkins through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with advanced training in facial feminization and masculinization procedures.
Double board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Nagy is known for natural results in rhinoplasty, face and neck lifts, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, lip lifts, facial implants, otoplasty, skin resurfacing, and facial contouring. She is also experienced in facial gender affirmation surgery.
An accomplished researcher and speaker, Dr. Nagy has presented nationally, published in medical journals, and received the Sir Harold Delf Gillies Award from the AAFPRS for best basic science research.
