Cancel Policy

Cosmetic Surgery Institute values the time and care of both our patients and our medical team. To ensure efficient scheduling and the highest quality of service, we require advance notice for appointment cancellations and rescheduling.

I. Non-Surgical Apppointments

For non-surgical appointments, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

II. Surgical Appointments

Surgical procedures and preoperative appointments require additional notice, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. Cancellation fees, if applicable, are assessed at the discretion of Cosmetic Surgery Institute.
