Facelift & Neck Lift 1

This is a 32-year-old gentleman with a longstanding history of gynecomastia ever since he was 20 years old. He has very glandular breast and nipple-areola complex glandular tissue.

This is a 74-year-old female coming in for brachioplasty and forearm plasty.  The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 185 pounds.  She has bilateral very lax and ptotic forearms and proximal arms.  The patient has had this even when she was younger, and she has had quite a bit of lipodystrophies in these areas, and we have offered this patient brachioplasty and forearm plasty.

Patient is a 54 year old female, she is 5 feet and 4 inches and 235 pounds.  She has extensively heavy and ptotic bilateral upper dorsal arms.  I have offered the patient bilateral brachioplasty with dorsal arm incision due to the fact that this incision is in the hair-bearing skin and the skin is thicker there, so the results will turn out much better.

This is a 35-year-old female who had breast augmentation done by us in 2008.  She came in with a complaint of a tethered C-section scar. She is 5 feet 10 inches and 185 pounds.  The patient had originally come in in June of 2020 for skin pull versus a tummy tuck.

This is a 32-year-old female having had two children. She has 40 D cup breasts and 5 feet 6 inches and 185 pounds. She has got abdominal laxity with extensive stretch marks, buttock fat atrophy and laxity and back lipodystrophy, axillary lipodystrophy. coming in for first-stage tummy tuck, liposuction of back, and BBL. She came back a few days later and she did mastopexy and breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel 400 mL implants. Patient did a 3rd surgery for liposuction of the abdomen to achieve a nice flat tummy.

Mother of 7 children. She breast fed them all and is a 36B cup at 5’6”and 165LBS.

We took off 2 liters of fat from her back, flanks, love handles and axillae. Then we cleaned her fat and augmented her buttocks with 650cc of good fat. The advantage to fat is that it's your own, and becomes living, breathing tissue. In our experience, 70% of the fat takes because we deliver it deep next to the gluteus maximus muscles which provide very good blood supply. Then we turned the patient over and did a very nice tummy tuck with cutting out of a lot of excess skin and stretch marks.

Last but not least, we sized the patient on the table and noted that 500cc breast implants balanced her shoulders into her hips. With the right size of implants, the body flows in graceful symmetry and is in total balance. We used smooth gel gummy bear implants and placed them under the pectoralis muscles for softer, smoother results and also for effective reading of mammograms.

She has had four large pregnancies, which have stretched her abdominal muscles and resulted in fat loss from her breasts and buttocks. She was a 34A cup at 5’6” and weighed 146 lbs. During her mommy makeover in the Los Angeles office of Cosmetic Surgery Institute, the surgeons ended up performing liposuction of her back, flanks, love handles, and bra line.

The physicians also did lipo of her inner thighs and knees. In total, three liters, or the equivalent of 6 lbs, was taken off. After this, the fat was cleaned and grafted to her buttocks (bringing it to a total of 640cc in size) to make them round and more curvaceous. The next step involved reconstructing her abdomen by tightening her abdominal muscles while cutting off excess skin and stretch marks.

This is a 53-year-old female with a previous history of two pregnancies at 8 pounds each.  The patient, on physical examination, has abdominal laxity and well-healed C-section scar.  She is 5 feet 2 inches and 150 pounds and has a moderate-sized pannus and has full torso lipodystrophy.  I have offered this patient liposuction and tummy tuck, but she has opted to forgo liposuction of the back and flanks and just do the tummy tuck portion, even though she understands that her body may be off balanced after the tummy tuck.

This is a 41-year-old female who has had previously breast work done and liposuction three years ago in the knees and thighs.  The patient has a history of having had three children, 6 pounds each.  The patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 220 pounds.  She has significant back and abdominal lipodystrophy.  She has abdominal muscle laxity and large abdominal pannus.  She is coming in for liposuction of the back and tummy tuck.

This is a 34-year-old female  She has had three heavy pregnancies in the past, and she breastfed and currently has 36 B cup breasts and would like to have larger breasts and also to take care of her abdominal laxity with severely stretched skin and muscles.  She is 5 feet 3 inches and 140 pounds.  She has grade 2 ptotic breasts with empty skin envelope and she has been sized with 500 cc implants, and she would like to have the breasts and the abdomen addressed.

This is a 63-year-old gentleman who has had several sessions of liposuction in the past, and he is very heavy throughout the axilla and chest region and also in the abdomen and back and he has a lower abdominal pannus. This is a 41-year-old female who is Hispanic, and she comes in for neck and lower face lipo.  The patient is 5 feet 3 inches and 250 pounds, and she has Fitzpatrick type 4 skin.  Her skin is olive skin and very thick, and it has very good elasticity, and she has lower face, jowl, and neck lipodystrophy.

This is a 23-year-old female with a moderate amount of neck lipodystrophy and fullness, and she would like to do liposuction to get rid of the fullness and define her jawline a bit more.  On physical examination, this patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 145 pounds and has lipodystrophy below the jawline and all the way down the neck with her neck angle being obtuse

62-year-old female who came in with complaint of sagging neck and desires tightening of her neck and jowls.  The patient is 5 feet 1 inch and 127 pounds.  She has neck lipodystrophy right in the center midline with neck laxity and minimal-to-moderate jowling.

This is a 32-year-old female who came in for liposuction of the neck consultation.  The patient reports having had very chubby lower face and neck and she has her father's face.  She has had Kybella four times to treat these areas and she is still very dissatisfied.  The patient is 5 feet and 1 inch tall and 120 pounds and she has a chubby lower third of the face with prominent jowls and marionette lines.  Then, her chin is slightly weak, and then, she has obtuse neck angle and definitely has fat or scar tissue that I can pinch in the neck that can be removed.

This patient is a 44-year-old female, the patient has also had one child at 8 pounds, no C-section.  The patient on physical examination has moderate layer of lipodystrophy over the love handles and the abdomen. She also has moderate amount of skin laxity in the upper and lower abdominal region. I had originally offered the patient multiple scenarios, including tummy tuck of the abdomen.  I believe that she is a good candidate for this.  However, the patient did not want a scar.  Therefore, we talked about liposuction of the abdomen with Renuvion laser treatment of the skin.

This is a 59-year-old female who desires liposuction of torso, she is 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds.  She had not had any kids and her skin of the abdomen is tight, she did not need any kind of tummy tuck work.  I advised the patient is that she has a slight component of intra-abdominal fat or inflammation, and therefore, if I were to even tighten the abdominal muscles, her abdomen would pooch out.

This is a 64-year-old female who has 36 DDD cup breasts.  She is 5 feet 3 inches and 140 pounds.  She has the right breast which is slightly larger and more pendulous than the left breast, and nipple- to mid-clavicle distance on both sides is 27 cm.  The patient had liposuction of torso and panniculectomy yesterday.  Now, she is coming in for breast reduction and mastopexy.  The patient has stated that she wants to go from DDD cup to a full D cup.

This is a 34-year-old female having had three children, 9 pounds, 9 pounds, and 7 pounds each with C-section.  The patient is 5 feet 1 inch and 138 pounds.  Breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel High-Profile implants, right side augmented with 425 cc and left side augmented with 400 cc.

This is a 47-year-old female who comes to us with a chief complaint of sagging breasts.  The patient has had two children and she breast-fed them both.  She has currently 38 small D cup breasts with grade 3 ptosis.  She is 5 feet 2 inches and 119 pounds.  On physical examination, bilateral breasts are symmetric.  Nipple-to-mid-clavicle distance of 26 cm.  She has grade 3 ptotic large C, small D cup breasts.
