This is a 22-year-old female who has always had ptotic breasts. She is currently a 34 C cup.  She is 5 feet 2 inches and 135 pounds.  She has grade 3 ptotic breasts with nipple-to-mid-clavicle distance of 25 cm and 26 cm.  She has quite a bit of stretch marking in the upper pole of the breast above the nipple-areola complex, and her nipple areole complex is enlarged

This is a 35-year-old female with desire of having tummy tuck and liposuction of the back. She has a cheir complaint of enlarged abdomen and lipodystrophy. The patient has a previous history if C-Sections x3. This patient is 4 feet 11 inches and 138 pounds, and on abdominal examination, she has a very lax abdomen, not only in the muscle but also with extensive stretch marks and lipodystrohpy.

This is a 51-year-old female having had a history of hysterectomy and C-section, has had two children at 7 pounds and 8 pounds.  The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 130 pounds.  She has extensive amount of stretch marks surrounding her belly button and the stretch marks are up high.  The patient also has abdominal laxity, skin laxity, and a small pannus.  She also has love handles and back lipodystrophy and bra and axillary lipodystrophy

This is a 35-year-old female who comes in for breast augmentation.  The patient is 34 A cup.  She has breastfed one child, and she is 5 feet 2 inches and 112 pounds with bilateral psuedoptotic A cup breasts with the left rib cage more prominent than the right rib cage.  I pointed out these asymmetries to the patient again on the day of the surgery.  She has been sized with 375 cc smooth gel high-profile implants to balance out her body

This is a 27-year-old female who is coming in for breast augmentation.  The patient is 5 feet 5 inches and 105 pounds.  She has currently size A cup breasts and wishes to be a DD, and she has grade 1 ptotic breasts.  No palpable masses, and she has dominant shoulders.  She has been sized with 500 cc implants, and this gives her DD and also it completes her body.

This is a 29-year-old female who desires breast augmentation.  She has had one child and breastfed.  She has bilateral A cup breasts.  On physical examination, she is 5 feet 2 inches and 125 pounds.  Her breasts are pseudoptotic.  The patient's right rib cage is more projecting and the left rib cage is flat and goes in.  Therefore, the left breast sags more, and the right breast is more projected.  Breast augmentation with Sientra smooth gel high-profile 255 cc.

This is a 40-year-old female with current bra size of 34 large A small B cup.  She has had three children and breastfed all three.  The patient is 5 feet tall and 124 pounds, and she has bilateral A cup grade 2 ptosis breasts. Breast augmentation with Sientra smooth gel high-profile 415 cc implants.

This is a 36-year-old female having had one child at 6 pounds.  She is a 32 small B.  She did breastfeed.  She is 5 feet 5 inches and 135 pounds. She has pseudoptotic bilateral small B cup breasts and abdominal laxity.  Breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel High-Profile 400 cc implants.

This is a 40-year-old female having had two children, not breastfed.  Current breast size is 34 B cup.  She is 5 feet tall and 141 pounds.  She has very broad shoulders and prominent hips.  She wishes to be balanced out.  She has been sized with 375 cc to 400 cc implants which balanced her body really nice.  Bilateral breasts were symmetric, small B cup breasts. No palpable masses.  No lymphadenopathy.  Breasts are dense and glandular

This is a 36-year-old female who desires breast augmentation.  She has had three children and breastfed all three.  She is a 36 B cup and she is 5 feet 7 inches and 170 pounds.  She has been sized with 500 cc implants, she desires Smooth Gel 500 cc implant under the muscle through the inframammary fold incision.

The surgeon mentioned that this patient was actually somewhat nervous at the original consult and opted only to have her neck muscles tightened. As a bonus, the Cosmetic Surgery Institute team opted to tighten only the skin of her face, to make it a better match for her youthful neck.

This is a 74-year-old gentleman who is desiring a face and neck lift.  He is 5 feet 9 inches and 160 pounds.  He is a Fitzpatrick type 3.  He has significant neck laxity and jowls, prominent and heavy lower lids, and also heavy upper eyelids, and the patient has a hollow tear troughs and nasojugal ligament that needs fat grafting.

This is a 68-year-old female who has had two previous surgeries, first one was in 1999 and the second one was done by us in 2014.  The patient is back for re-tightening of her skin in the neck and face.  The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds, and she is a Fitzpatrick skin type 2.  She has well-healed face and neck lift scars, very slender face, facial fat atrophy, and some mild banding and jowling.

This is a 59-year-old female who comes in for facial rejuvenation surgery.  She is 5 feet 2 inches and 107 pounds.  She has very heavy upper eyelids, midface fat atrophy, very prominent nasolabial folds from loss of volume and also prominent jowls, neck banding, and quite a bit of crepiness of her skin.  The patient is Fitzpatrick type IV either Hispanic or mixed Filipino.

62-year-old female who came in with complaint of sagging neck and desires tightening of her neck and jowls.  The patient is 5 feet 1 inch and 127 pounds.  She has neck lipodystrophy right in the center midline with neck laxity and minimal-to-moderate jowling.
