Client with Fitzpatrick 2 skin. Photos taken 3 months after upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and deep plane face and neck lift.

This patient had had 3 heavy pregnancies at 8,9, and 10. Her abdominal muscles were very stretched out. And despite diet and exercise, she could never get her pre-pregnancy body back. We did lipo love handles and tummy tuck where we did a midline muscle corset plication of 6cm. The patient was ecstatic about her new body. We restored her abdominal and waste line contour.

In addition, this surgery also restored her metabolism and inspired her to become even healthier.

Patient voiced concerns for hair loss. Patient had four sessions of platelet rich plasma injections over 6 months.
