Blepharoplasty 6

37 years old female who originally came in with a grade 4 ptotic breasts with saline implants in and the saline implants were up high and the skin was hanging.  She had removal and mastopexy in May of 2019, and she came back in September of 2019 and had breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel High-Profile 425 cc implants.

This is a 32-year-old female having had two children. She has 40 D cup breasts and 5 feet 6 inches and 185 pounds. Mastopexy with breast augmentation with mentor Smooth Gel High-Profile 400 cc implants.

VK was a 23-year-old female from Palm Springs with a history of breast feeding over a period of five months. She was 5’ tall and weighed 100 lbs. Her husband was stationed in the military overseas, and she wished to surprise him for his homecoming by having her augmentation and breast lift surgery in the Los Angeles area. Dr. Mo Zakhireh of Cosmetic Surgery Institute performed the operation.

This is a 40-year-old female who comes in for breast augmentation.  She has 38 C cup bra size, and she is 5 feet 3 inches and 163 pounds.  She is Fitzpatrick skin type 4.  She has bilateral C cup breasts with pseudoptosis and an empty skin envelope. The patient has very dominant shoulders, and she was originally offered 450 cc implants during sizing; however, on the morning of surgery, she states that she may want to go bigger if the size fits and does not make her look top heavy.  She would not mind going up to 500 cc.

This is a 35-year-old female who has a previous history of four children and one C-section, and she breastfed all four kids.  She reports currently being a 32 C cup.  She is 5 feet 8 inches and 143 pounds.

This is a 23-year-old female who wishes to have breast augmentation.  She has a large A, small B cup breasts.  She is 5 feet 7 inches and 115 pounds.  The left rib cage projects outward which makes the left inframammary fold slightly higher, and the left breast is slightly smaller.  The patient has been sized originally with 350 cc and 375 cc implants.  She then came in and tried on 400 cc implants on the morning of surgery.  We have discussed again.  She does have prominent shoulders.

This is a 40-year-old female.  She is 5 feet tall and 149 pounds.  She has bilateral grade 1 ptotic C cup breasts with short nipple-to-inframammary fold distance.  The left breast is slightly smaller than the right breast.

This is a 29-year-old female current bra size is 32B cup.  She is 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds.  She has a Fitzpatrick skin, type 4.  She is Eastern Indian and a mix of what looks like Asian.  Her right breast sits up slightly higher than the left breast, and the left breast is slightly smaller.  The patient has been sized around 425 cc implants, and morning of surgery, she states that she cannot make up her mind between 400 cc and 425 cc

This is a 41-year-old female who desires breast augmentation and she currently has 34 A cup breasts.  She is 5 feet 7 inches and 100 pounds, and her breasts are very dense A cup breasts without any palpable masses.  She had been sized in the 300 to 350 cc range the morning of surgery.  She specifically wants to be augmented with 325 cc implants, and the patient has been given all of her options as far as saline versus silicone, textured versus smooth, High-Profile versus Low-Profile, above the muscle versus below the muscle, and inframammary fold approach versus nipple-areola complex approach

This is a 41-year-old  female patient. The patient has had three children, 23-year-old, 19-year-old, and 17-year-old.  No C-section.  She breastfed two of them.  She is currently a 38 B cup bra. She currently has a 38 B cup bra.  The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 187 pounds.  She has bilateral pseudoptotic breasts with very prominent rib cage.  No palpable masses and short nipple-to-inframammary fold distance.  The hips are larger than the shoulders.  The patient had been sized with 400 cc implants.  Breast augmentation with Sientra smooth gel high-profile 440 cc implants.

This is a 37-year-old female who has breastfed two children and currently is a 34 A cup.  The patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 120 pounds, and she is very petite with dominant shoulders and A cup breasts. Stretchmarking in the lower half of the breasts and she has muscular pec muscles and some skin stretching around the areolae.  We have sized this patient with 300 cc implants; however, the morning of surgery, she states that she wants to go bigger maybe 350 cc.  I told her we would size her with the range of 300 cc to 375 cc and see what she can carry, and with her permission, I would adjust accordingly and she and husband agreed and stated yes.

This is a 33-year-old female who has had two children and did not breastfeed.  She is currently a 36 A cup breast, Fitzpatrick skin type 4, 5 feet 2 inches, and 166 pounds.  She is so flat that she does not have inframammary folds.  She has a very much masculine torso and chest.

She had been sized with 450 cc implants.  She wants to be a full C, small D cup.

This is a 20-year-old female who comes in for breast augmentation, desiring smooth gel high-profile implants.  The patient is 5 feet 4 inches and 134 pounds.  She is a Fitzpatrick skin type 3 Hispanic with bilateral small B cup breasts.  The patient has been sized with 300 cc implants.  She wants to be a small to mid C cup.

This is a 30-year-old female who has had saline implants that were put in 12 years ago, and she has slowly noted that her left breast has become smaller. Patient is 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds. She has asymmetric breasts. The right side is a full C small B cup.  Left side is full B small C cup.  There are definitely implants palpated on both sides, but the left side is obviously more empty.  The patient has short nipple-to-inframammary fold distance on both sides, and she does have moderate amount of stretch marks on both breasts.

Removal of bilateral 550 cc low-profile saline smooth gel implants, left side filled to 250 cc and right side filled to 550 cc.

This is a 28-year-old female who comes in for breast augmentation surgery.  The patient is 5 feet 3 inches and 105 pounds, Fitzpatrick skin type 4, and Hispanic.  The patient is slender in the upper body and more hippy in the lower body.  She has bilateral A cup breasts. The patient was originally sized to 350 cc, and today, she is asking for 375 cc to 400 cc.  I told her that we will size her, and if 400 cc is too tight, we will downsize.  If her skin envelope allows it, then we will put in the 400 cc.

This is a 43-year-old female, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds.  She has bilateral large A cup breasts, and she has prominent chest and rib cage. She has two children both by C-sections, and she breastfed a small amount.  The patient's current bra size is a 34 small B cup.

This is a 34-year-old female who comes in for breast augmentation, the patient has had three children by C-section, The patient's current breast size is 34 large A, small B.  She is 5 feet 3 inches and 126 pounds.  She has bilateral pseudoptotic breasts with shorter nipple-to-inframammary fold distance.

This is a 34-year-old female having had eight children and breastfed all eight.  She is currently a size 36 B cup.  The patient is 5 feet 5 inches and 167 pounds, and she has been sized with 650 to 800 cc range.  The patient wants to look well balanced.  In the morning of surgery, she has definitely ruled out 800 cc implants.  She is more interested in 700 cc.

This is a 29-year-old femlae having breadfed two children. The left ribcage is more prjected making the left breast slightly larger and more projected. The patient has been sized with Mentor Smooth Gel High- PRofile 500 cc, but later decided she preferred 450cc Mentor implants.

This is a 40-year-old female who had a bilateral removal of implants and capsulectomy due to capsular contracture. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches and 135 pounds, and she has pseudoptotic A cup breast. The patient was also a candidate for breast lift, but she does not wish to have the Wise- Pattern T-scars. The patient was sized during the return consultation with 375 cc implant, but she has left it up to me. She states that she wants to be a small D cup and she understands that she may be ptotic, but she is willing to live with that because she does not want a scar.

This is a 40-year-old female coming in for a breast augmentation.  The patient is 5 feet 10 inches and 135 pounds. She has large A cup breast, with a prominent rib cage. Therefore, smaller implants look bigger on her. She has been sized with a 250 to 300 cc Sientra Smooth Gel High Profile implant. Patient wanted to be a C cup and balance her body out.

This is a 34-year-old female  She has had three heavy pregnancies in the past, and she breastfed and currently has 36 B cup breasts and would like to have larger breasts and also to take care of her abdominal laxity with severely stretched skin and muscles.  She is 5 feet 3 inches and 140 pounds.  She has grade 2 ptotic breasts with empty skin envelope and she has been sized with 500 cc implants, and she would like to have the breasts and the abdomen addressed.

This is a 38-year-old female who had breast augmentation done with saline implants under the muscle 19 years ago, and she is currently a C cup having had two children and breastfeeding one of them, and she wishes to have the lower pole dehiscence and lateral pole dehiscence fixed.  She wishes to have upper pole fullness.  She had said that she wants to be a mid-D cup breast, but on the morning of surgery, she states that she is interested in going even full D cup breast in order to get upper pole fullness.

This is a 48-year-old female having had two children who she breast-fed.  She had breast augmentation with saline implants 20 years ago, and she came in with a flat implant on the right hand side, but today on the day of surgery, bilateral breasts are symmetric.  The patient reports being submuscular on physical exam.  Left side is a C or D cup submuscular.  Right side is A or B cup and she has got grade 3 capsular contracture on both sides.
