She is 5 feet 2 inches and 150 pounds and has a moderate-sized pannus and has full torso lipodystrophy. I have offered this patient liposuction and tummy tuck, but she has opted to forgo liposuction of the back and flanks and just do the tummy tuck portion, even though she understands that her body may be off balanced after the tummy tuck.
