Facelift & Neck Lift 12
This is a 67-year-old female having had a previous history of a face and neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasties 20 years ago. The patient is 5 feet 7 and 148 pounds. She is a Fitzpatrick type 2 good skin with skin laxity of the upper eyelids with well-healed upper lid blepharoplasty scar and face and neck laxity with jowls and neck lipodystrophy and well-healed neck lift scars. I have offered the patient revision face and neck lift with liposuction of the neck, fat to face, and erbium Sciton of the upper eyelids.

This is a 70-year-old female with a previous history of face and neck lift in 2011. The patient on physical examination is 5 feet 8 inches and 150 pounds. She has very thick leathery Fitzpatrick type 1 skin and very ruddy. The patient has very puffy lower lids and excessive skin of the lower lids and face and neck laxity with jowling and lots of rhytids around the lips.

This is a 65-year-old gentleman who lost 45 pounds during the COVID by eating healthy and now his neck and face sag and he wishes to have a face and neck lift. The patient on physical examination is 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He is Fitzpatrick type 2 skin complexion, very ruddy, lots of sun damage on the face and extensive neck laxity with lipodystrophy component and neck and jowl laxity and also hollow tear troughs and malar area.

Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed surgery for muscle tightening of the face and neck. Fat was also added to her lips, but not with the intention of making them very large. Fat was added to her hollow lower eyelids and temples.
Blepharoplasty 1
This is a 59-year-old female who comes in with very heavy both upper and lower eyelids, but she only wants her upper eyelids done. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds. She has leathery skin, and her skin has a lot of sun damage. Her upper eyelids are very heavy with a lateral heavy hood component, and there is no evidence of any ptosis.

He has gotten to the point where people are making comments about him looking tired or looking hungover and he would like to have this alleviated. The patient's tear troughs are very prominent. The patient has very prominent nasojugal ligaments, and also, there is some of the fat that was put in has absorbed because he has a very skinny face and due to fast metabolism.

This is a 52-year-old gentleman who is healthy and needs upper and lower lids done. He, on physical examination, has very heavy upper eyelids and puffy lower lids with hollow tear troughs and hollow nasojugal folds and nasolabial folds.

This is a 32-year-old female who came in for liposuction of the neck consultation. The patient reports having had very chubby lower face and neck and she has her father's face. She has had Kybella four times to treat these areas and she is still very dissatisfied. The patient is 5 feet and 1 inch tall and 120 pounds and she has a chubby lower third of the face with prominent jowls and marionette lines. Then, her chin is slightly weak, and then, she has obtuse neck angle and definitely has fat or scar tissue that I can pinch in the neck that can be removed.

62-year-old female who came in with complaint of sagging neck and desires tightening of her neck and jowls. The patient is 5 feet 1 inch and 127 pounds. She has neck lipodystrophy right in the center midline with neck laxity and minimal-to-moderate jowling.

This is a 41-year-old female who is Hispanic, and she comes in for neck and lower face lipo. The patient is 5 feet 3 inches and 250 pounds, and she has Fitzpatrick type 4 skin. Her skin is olive skin and very thick, and it has very good elasticity, and she has lower face, jowl, and neck lipodystrophy.

This patient underwent comprehensive liposuction to refine areas of stubborn fat following four pregnancies.
Treatment included the back, flanks, love handles, bra line, inner thighs, and knees, with approximately three liters of fat removed.
The procedure helped create smoother transitions and greater definition throughout the body.

This patient is a 44-year-old female, the patient has also had one child at 8 pounds, no C-section. The patient on physical examination has moderate layer of lipodystrophy over the love handles and the abdomen. She also has moderate amount of skin laxity in the upper and lower abdominal region. I had originally offered the patient multiple scenarios, including tummy tuck of the abdomen. I believe that she is a good candidate for this. However, the patient did not want a scar. Therefore, we talked about liposuction of the abdomen with Renuvion laser treatment of the skin.

This is a 59-year-old female who desires liposuction of torso, she is 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds. She had not had any kids and her skin of the abdomen is tight, she did not need any kind of tummy tuck work. A panniculectomy was also performed as part of her body contouring plan to address excess lower abdominal tissue.

The patient has a previous history if C-Sections x3. This patient is 4 feet 11 inches and 138 pounds, and on abdominal examination, she has a very lax abdomen, not only in the muscle but also with extensive stretch marks and lipodystrohpy.

She is coming in for liposuction of the back and tummy tuck.
