Fat Grafting

This is a 67-year-old female having had a previous history of a face and neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasties 20 years ago.  The patient is 5 feet 7 and 148 pounds.  She is a Fitzpatrick type 2 good skin with skin laxity of the upper eyelids with well-healed upper lid blepharoplasty scar and face and neck laxity with jowls and neck lipodystrophy and well-healed neck lift scars.  I have offered the patient revision face and neck lift with liposuction of the neck, fat to face, and erbium Sciton of the upper eyelids.

This is a 70-year-old female with a previous history of face and neck lift in 2011.  The patient on physical examination is 5 feet 8 inches and 150 pounds.  She has very thick leathery Fitzpatrick type 1 skin and very ruddy.  The patient has very puffy lower lids and excessive skin of the lower lids and face and neck laxity with jowling and lots of rhytids around the lips.

This is a 65-year-old gentleman who lost 45 pounds during the COVID by eating healthy and now his neck and face sag and he wishes to have a face and neck lift.  The patient on physical examination is 6 feet tall and 175 pounds.  He is Fitzpatrick type 2 skin complexion, very ruddy, lots of sun damage on the face and extensive neck laxity with lipodystrophy component and neck and jowl laxity and also hollow tear troughs and malar area.

This is a 67-year-old female who had her eyes done with us in November 2017.  She had upper blepharoplasty and fat to face.  The patient is now back for face and neck lift.  She has extensive face and neck laxity, has a skinny face with thin skin.

Patient came into the practice with face and neck laxity, neck banding, puffy lower eyelids and underlying, hollow tear troughs. She received multiple procedures including a neck lift and facelift.

Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed a very conservative, muscle-tightening neck lift and facelift.  Addressed her puffy lower eyelids by removing the fat pockets. Frafted fat and stem cells to fill the patient’s hollow tear troughs, areas of enlarged pores, and fine lines around the mouth.

Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed surgery for muscle tightening of the face and neck. Fat was also added to her lips, but not with the intention of making them very large. Fat was added to her hollow lower eyelids and temples.

This is a 59-year-old female who comes in with very heavy both upper and lower eyelids, but she only wants her upper eyelids done.  She is 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds.  She has leathery skin, and her skin has a lot of sun damage.  Her upper eyelids are very heavy with a lateral heavy hood component, and there is no evidence of any ptosis.

In addition to her neck lift she also had upper eyelid surgery, a facelift, fat added to her tear troughs (lower lids), and ALMI added to the area around her lips

This is a 42-year-old gentleman who has had malar fat atrophy and puffiness under his eyes.  He has gotten to the point where people are making comments about him looking tired or looking hungover and he would like to have this alleviated. The patient's tear troughs are very prominent.  The patient has very prominent nasojugal ligaments, and also, there is some of the fat that was put in has absorbed because he has a very skinny face and due to fast metabolism.

This is a 52-year-old gentleman who is healthy and needs upper and lower lids done.  He, on physical examination, has very heavy upper eyelids and puffy lower lids with hollow tear troughs and hollow nasojugal folds and nasolabial folds.

This is a 68-year-old gentleman complaining of very heavy lower lids and mid-face fat atrophy
