She has grade 3 ptotic breasts with nipple-to-mid-clavicle distance of 25 cm and 26 cm. She has quite a bit of stretch marking in the upper pole of the breast above the nipple-areola complex, and her nipple areole complex is enlarged

This is a 64-year-old female who has 36 DDD cup breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 140 pounds. She has the right breast which is slightly larger and more pendulous than the left breast, and nipple- to mid-clavicle distance on both sides is 27 cm. The patient had liposuction of torso and panniculectomy yesterday. Now, she is coming in for breast reduction and mastopexy. The patient has stated that she wants to go from DDD cup to a full D cup.
