Facelift & Neck Lift 6
Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed a neck lift for her. She stated that she felt younger than her age and wanted her face and neck to show her youth! In addition to her neck lift she also had upper eyelid surgery, a facelift, fat added to her tear troughs (lower lids), and ALMI added to the area around her lips.

Trifecta Laser 2
Laser skin resurfacing with an erbium laser can be used to remove fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. It is effective at treating both superficial lines and moderately deep creases so that the skin appears refreshed and youthful-looking.
This patient came to Cosmetic Surgery Institute wishing to tighten her facial skin without having surgery. The practice, which is based in Los Angeles, did a Trifecta laser treatment. The esthetician team lead by Adrienne Bloom performed erbium laser resurfacing to improve signs of aging around the patient's eyes.
Trifecta Laser 1
This patient came to Cosmetic Surgery Institute complaining that when she looked in the mirror, she didn’t look like the person she feels like inside. Adrienne Bloom and the team decided to do an erbium laser peel with fractional on the patient's face. This is a one-time treatment. Trifecta laser treatment at the Los Angeles-based practice lifts and tightens the skin, revealing smooth, younger and new skin beneath.

This patient came to Cosmetic Surgery Institute hoping to enhance his facial appearance. He didn't want downtime and wanted to look like a more "refreshed" and younger version of himself. Adrienne Bloom, an esthetician at the practice, treated the patient's face by applying broad band light laser at the Los Angeles practice with amazing results.
Blepharoplasty 1
This is a 59-year-old female who comes in with very heavy both upper and lower eyelids, but she only wants her upper eyelids done. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds. She has leathery skin, and her skin has a lot of sun damage. Her upper eyelids are very heavy with a lateral heavy hood component, and there is no evidence of any ptosis.

Patient came into the practice with face and neck laxity, neck banding, puffy lower eyelids and underlying, hollow tear troughs. She received multiple procedures including a neck lift and facelift from the Los Angeles-based practice.
Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed a very conservative, muscle-tightening neck lift and facelift. Addressed her puffy lower eyelids by removing the fat pockets. Frafted fat and stem cells to fill the patient’s hollow tear troughs, areas of enlarged pores, and fine lines around the mouth.
Blepharoplasty 5
This is a 42-year-old gentleman who has had malar fat atrophy and puffiness under his eyes. He has gotten to the point where people are making comments about him looking tired or looking hungover and he would like to have this alleviated. The patient's tear troughs are very prominent. The patient has very prominent nasojugal ligaments, and also, there is some of the fat that was put in has absorbed because he has a very skinny face and due to fast metabolism.

This is a 52-year-old gentleman who is healthy and needs upper and lower lids done. He, on physical examination, has very heavy upper eyelids and puffy lower lids with hollow tear troughs and hollow nasojugal folds and nasolabial folds.

This is a 52-year-old established patient who has had multiple surgeries with us. Now, the patient has lost quite bit of weight, and she noticed that her face is sagging. This patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 180 pounds. She has face and neck laxity, heavy upper and lower eyelids, mid-facial fat hollowing and also flat lips, and neck lipodystrophy. The patient is a Fitzpatrick type 2 skin, and her skin is very, very thin and wrinkly, and she has quite a bit of sun damage. The patient is a nature lover and outdoorsy. Therefore, I have not offered her any lasering, but we have offered her face and neck lift, upper and lower bleph, fat to full face and lips, and liposuction of neck.
