Her skin is olive skin and very thick, and it has very good elasticity, and she has lower face, jowl, and neck lipodystrophy.

This is a 23-year-old female with a moderate amount of neck lipodystrophy and fullness, and she would like to do liposuction to get rid of the fullness and define her jawline a bit more. On physical examination, this patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 145 pounds and has lipodystrophy below the jawline and all the way down the neck with her neck angle being obtuse
Liposuction 2
62-year-old female who came in with complaint of sagging neck and desires tightening of her neck and jowls. The patient is 5 feet 1 inch and 127 pounds. She has neck lipodystrophy right in the center midline with neck laxity and minimal-to-moderate jowling.
Liposuction 1
This is a 32-year-old female who came in for liposuction of the neck consultation. The patient reports having had very chubby lower face and neck and she has her father's face. She has had Kybella four times to treat these areas and she is still very dissatisfied. The patient is 5 feet and 1 inch tall and 120 pounds and she has a chubby lower third of the face with prominent jowls and marionette lines. Then, her chin is slightly weak, and then, she has obtuse neck angle and definitely has fat or scar tissue that I can pinch in the neck that can be removed.
Brazilian Butt Lift 13
This patient wanted to restore volume and shape to the buttocks following changes after four pregnancies.
Liposuction was performed on the back, flanks, love handles, bra line, inner thighs, and knees.
The harvested fat was then prepared and transferred to the buttocks, with 640cc used to create a rounder, more balanced contour.
Breast Augmentation 86
After four pregnancies, this patient experienced a noticeable loss of breast volume and presented as a 34A cup.
Dr. Mo performed breast augmentation using 550cc Mentor Smooth Gel High Profile implants placed beneath the chest muscles.
The implant size was selected to restore fullness while creating greater balance between the breasts, shoulders, and hips.

She has got abdominal laxity with extensive stretch marks, buttock fat atrophy and laxity and back lipodystrophy, axillary lipodystrophy. coming in for first-stage tummy tuck, liposuction of back, and BBL. She came back a few days later and she did mastopexy and breast augmentation with Mentor Smooth Gel 400 mL implants. Patient did a 3rd surgery for liposuction of the abdomen to achieve a nice flat tummy.

She has leathery skin, and her skin has a lot of sun damage. Her upper eyelids are very heavy with a lateral heavy hood component, and there is no evidence of any ptosis.

Dr. Mo Zakhireh performed a very conservative, muscle-tightening neck lift and facelift. Addressed her puffy lower eyelids by removing the fat pockets. Frafted fat and stem cells to fill the patient’s hollow tear troughs, areas of enlarged pores, and fine lines around the mouth.

This is a 42-year-old gentleman who has had malar fat atrophy and puffiness under his eyes. He has gotten to the point where people are making comments about him looking tired or looking hungover and he would like to have this alleviated. The patient's tear troughs are very prominent. The patient has very prominent nasojugal ligaments, and also, there is some of the fat that was put in has absorbed because he has a very skinny face and due to fast metabolism.

This patient is 5 feet 6 inches and 180 pounds. She has face and neck laxity, heavy upper and lower eyelids, mid-facial fat hollowing and also flat lips, and neck lipodystrophy. The patient is a Fitzpatrick type 2 skin, and her skin is very, very thin and wrinkly, and she has quite a bit of sun damage. The patient is a nature lover and outdoorsy. Therefore, I have not offered her any lasering, but we have offered her face and neck lift, upper and lower bleph, fat to full face and lips, and liposuction of neck.
